2. Collection of Personal Data
We only process personal data that you actively provide to us:
- Name and email address
- Voluntary information during registration or in the request form, such as company and message
- Uploaded KNX project files (.knxproj)
- Technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp)

- Provision of our services
- Improvement of our product
- Technical security of the web application
- Communication with users
We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising purposes. For hosting and storage we use processors who handle your data only on our instructions.
3a. Request Form and Project Files
When you request a KNX report via the form, we store name, email address, company, package, message and the uploaded project file. We use this data exclusively to handle your request and create the report (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Storage takes place at Supabase in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. The project file is not sent to AI services and is deleted no later than 14 days after the report is delivered. A project password you send us by email is used only for the analysis and is not stored.
If you request by email instead, we process your message and attachments for the same purposes.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
5. Cookies
Our website does not set cookies. We do not use tracking, marketing or analytics cookies. More information can be found in our Cookie Policy.
6. Server Logs
The hosting provider automatically collects technical log data (IP address, date/time, browser type). This data is necessary for the security and stability of the website.
Fonts are embedded directly in the website. No data is transmitted to font providers when you visit.
7. Storage Duration
Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the provision of our services or as required by law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to: information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of your consent.
